Mountain Lavender

Mountain lavender breathes

its origins into
the colourless air
of a tired home

Of a Solitary Life

Stories swim, within

salt water eyes.
Waves of thought
lick minerals, from
the jagged face
of a solitary life

Diamond Cut
(A found poem: Gaurdian Review 21/08/10, Critical Eye)

Diamond cut
to twinkle and slice.

Playful humour dances
in the darkness.

She skips the different steps
to balance his need
for satisfying resolution.
